The Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa is the host hotel for REOMAC®’s
2008 Spring Conference. The Esmeralda is nestled at the base of the majestic
Santa Rosa Mountains in the exclusive community of Indian Wells and is
conveniently located just fifteen miles from the Palm Springs International
Airport. The Renaissance Esmeralda boasts 100,000 square feet of truly
unique indoor and outdoor function space, combining unparalleled scenic
views with expert service and state-of-the-art facilities.
REOMAC® has arranged discounted room rates for exhibitors
and attendees. Room rates will be $209.00 plus tax and fees for single or double occupancy.
Hotel registrants using the REOMAC® discounted room at the Esmeralda
are required to register for the Spring Conference to maintain their hotel
reservation at the discounted rate. We will be working with the hotel to insure
that only paid conference registrants receive the discounted guest room rate.
Failure to register for the conference will result in an increase to the “rack” room
